our story
We’re Tom and Carli Streich—a Colorado family that cares a lot about what ends up on our dinner table. After one too many nights of grabbing “quick” meals with ingredient lists we couldn’t pronounce, we started making our own pizzas at home. Friends kept asking for them, and we realized other busy families wanted the same thing: real-food pizza you can feel good about, ready when life runs late.
Our kitchen rules are simple: short labels and big flavor. Every 12-inch pie starts with handmade dough (flour, water, oil, yeast, and a touch of honey), our slow-simmered house sauce, and cheese we shred ourselves—so there are no anti-caking agents or weird additives. We keep the lineup classic and family-approved: Cheese, Pepperoni, Pepperoni & Jalapeño, Veggie, plus a fun Pizza of the Month when you’re in the mood to switch it up.
And because our menu was born around our table, our pizza names are personal—each one is a nod to the friend or family member whose favorite flavor inspired it. It’s our way of sharing the people we love (and their go-to orders) with the community we love.
