At We Coach the Coach, we are a team of emotionally mature, adequately trained, well qualified and routinely optimistic Trainer Coaches. Our goal is to create all-star Life Coaches, who thrive personally and professionally, meanwhile learning to support and challenge their clients through important milestones and incremental gains.

Our training consists of virtual Live Instructor Led Small Group sessions that focus on providing our Client Coaches with the tools, skills and support needed to become highly effective and successful Life Coaches. The foundation of our training rests in instructing our Client Coaches to focus on their clients self-discovery, identifying of barriers, a plan to overcome, initializing said plan and segueing to the intersection of happy, well-adjusted, motivated, purpose-driven and successful.
