At this time, we do not accept any insurances, but this might change in the future. We\u2019ll send you a medical receipt (also called a \u2018super bill\u2019) that you can submit to your insurer for possible subscription reimbursement. Patients need to attend at least one appointment within each month (billing cycle) for their insurer to review the claim and consider reimbursement.\u00a0\u00a0The cost of medication is not included in services but can be covered by your insurance if you have it.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Due to high demand and limited availability of appointments, we require notice in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Timely notice will allow appointments to be offered to other patients.<\/p>

The charge for cancellation or rescheduling without 24 hours notice, or a missed appointment, is $80 per visit.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

There are no hidden fees. Patients are billed for appointments canceled within 24 business hours, or appointments in which the patient does not attend the appointment. If patients request medical documentation be completed, they are billed for time spent completing their paperwork. There are no other fees.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We currently see patients who are living in, and residents of New York and New Jersey. Unfortunately, we are not able to see patients living or staying in other states, though we are expanding and hope to be in many other states soon.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Your initial appointment will be 45-60 minutes and will include a discussion of your complete medical and psychiatric history and a focus on your current symptoms. You and your medical provider will then create a treatment plan and schedule a follow-up appointment which will be 20-30 minutes.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We specialize in medication management and patient care. We do not specialize in forensic psychiatry or legal documentation. If this is something you need, we recommend you see a forensic psychiatrist who is well-versed in formal legal evaluations to get your needs adequately met.<\/p>

With regard to disability and work\/school accommodations, we cannot confirm in advance that our medical provider will be able to provide disability or accommodation documentation. The medical provider will first perform a full evaluation. At the end of the evaluation, your medical professional will determine if you are deemed appropriate for a work\/school leave,\u00a0disability\u00a0or any other accommodations, for a set period of time. If so, our team will complete required letters or paperwork, billed to the patient at a set rate of $150. This will be completed within 14 days. Unfortunately, it cannot be determined before a full evaluation whether or not a patient will be deemed appropriate for a leave,\u00a0disability, or any other accommodations.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
